Anyone had dealings with this outfit ccs collect as you can see from my post i had sent a statute barred letter to Akitve Kapital months ago
Never had anything back then today i get a letter from this outfit say they are collecting for there client Akitve Kapital and intended court action
Do i now send them a letter saying its statute barred or is there another letter i can send
