Lavasoft ad-aware update?

Hi,

Three days ago I was doing my usual weekly run of ad-aware and when I opened it I got a window saying my definitions were 15 days old and did I want to update them. I was surprised because I updated it only a few days earlier.

Anyway of course I chose to update but it said "no new components available".

The same every evening since, and just now it told me my definitions are 18 days old and again when I try to update it says there are no new ones.

Anyone has been able to update in the last week or so? There usually is an update every 5-6 days.

0044.0000 is now available, new definition file for Ad-Aware 2007.

SE1R213 14.01.2008 for Ad-Aware SE

If you cannot auto update either maually download the update or uninstall Adaware and then reinstall it

Have you got AA2006 or 2007?

When 2006 came out I experience the same problems and couldn't update. If you use 2007 the current definition file seems to be 09/01/08. Try uninstalling the old version and downloading 2007.

Well I hade mine for over a year now so it must be the old one.

I'll follow the advice given and uninstall then reinstall.
