Masive savings instore at Office World

Office world has been taken over by Staples and they are clearing all the shelves, as fast as the clearance is put out its gone, and the staff are taking most things off the shelves and marking things from 10p, most expensive item I bought was reduced from £15.99 to 49p!

Bill originally £67.60, I paid £6.17!

If you have one near you get there fast!:j

There's an Acer 19" TFT for £199.00 on that page.
Put it in your basket and it drops to £169.99. Hope it helps someone.

The cross cut shredder is reduced to £19.99 but the price goes down to £9.99 when added to trolley.

Just had a look at the site - and although some things come up cheaper in the basket other things are actually coming up dearer, so please check if you are ordering online.

Placed an order online - shame there's no stores near me.

Had a good look around to see what I could make up the total, so that I would get free delivery :-)

Navigating around the site, there's a few things that are advertised at a higher price than the links above (the shredder for example).

I also ordered a box of ten foolscap leverarch files for £1.99 (Cat 031-298), although there's another entry for a similar item for £5.99, but ends up as £2.98 when you select it!

The lesson is, don't be put off by the initial price, click on the link and see if it's cheaper.

Now there's me thinking that the highlight of my day was going to be Maxwell and Saskia getting caught "at it" in bed!!

I'm not sure if it's the same with the Office World site, but Staples usually shows the price excluding vat, until you proceed to check out. You will be charged vat if you're not a business with a VAT reg. number.

Forgot to mention yesterday they were selling mini i pods instore for about £110 which is probably not much more expensive than they are in the USA!
