i converted points from toluna into ipoints last night and they were added to my ipoints account within 30mins

They actually seem to automatically go into your ipoints account straight away. But, if you then go to the ipoints site and look at the points you've got, which shows up on every page, it doesn't seem to update straight away. If you log in fully and look at your points statement, they show up there. And then they seem to magically pop up in the balance shown on all the pages.

A suitable phrase would be "really, really weird". That's the actual technical term for it too, I think.
  • SOOOOO.... is everyone else able to access the ipoints website?
  • Ipoints website is currently down - I am waiting to convert my points as I have just enough now for the Pirates of the Caribbean boxset.

Still down this morning when I went to exchange my points for my first voucher.
I expect they will remove the excese points and then it will be christmas before I have enough for a DVD.

Just popped back and it was up and running. So I have converted to hmv voucher but why dose it take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.Since it is electronic I thought it would be instant.

I have noticed you get given 2,000 points for re-doing the interest surveys. No matter how many times you do them. Is there something wrong here or is this normal? Anyone know?

I'm only getting 500 each for the interest surveys, if i do them again i don't get any extra points & it won't let him complete the cosmetics survey
