Viewing On-line talktalk bills

I pay an extra £1 to have a paper bill from TT, but today I wanted to check something and thought I'd look on-line. After an eternity I gave up. Is it possible to view on-line bills if you subscribe to paper bills and if so, maybe someone would give me an a)b)c) route please.

Hello,
Can you use on-line billing if you pay for paper bills ?? I am not 100% but I don't think you can, the only way to view your bills on-line is to register for on-line billing and once you do this I believe your account is updated to stop producing paper bills.
To register for on-line billing follow the below steps:
1 Go to talkttalk.co.uk
2 Click on "my account"
3 Click "register now"
4 Complete all the on-line questions and click "Submit"
Hope that helps

Strange, BT bills can be viewed online if you have paper bills. I wonder why Talk Talk systems can't manage that?Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Yup as TalkTalk_Support stated, its a case of either one or the other. One way around it is to de-register your account after you have viewed your bills, but its a bit of a long winded method.
Or you could move over to online billing and save the £1/month like a true money saver. I use this method and have always recieved my bills on time (and saved £1)0 -
when i was with talktalk i could never view my bills online even though i was registered to do so.
In the end i gave up!:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
Hello,
Well BT isn't TalkTalk and so you cannot expect them to work in same way Heinz and i would expect them to use different billing systems each having their own benefits and drawbacks?
jinky67, sounds like there was an issue with the set-up of your on-line billing, are you still with TalkTalk if so let me know and I will get this sorted.
Thanks

Thanks guys for that. The reason I asked, is that via TT I am able to call a particular number in the UK free then request to be connected to an extension number I give. Nothing wrong with that, only that extension is on the Falklands, and I just wanted to satisfy myself that this was free as well. I have every reason to believe it is, but wanted to know for sure.
I'm pleased someone else benefited from my OP.0
