hi,I dont know if this forum is the right place to air my thoughts but I am angry at the unfairness of littlewoods.I have been a catalogue customer for many years and changed to the web site as soon as littlewoods set it up.I ordered this morning a kenwood mixer in the sale priced at normally £209 down to £159.I chose to take this over 52 weeks no interest payable. I then went to littlewoods direct web site, same site, same picture, same machine same sale, but not same price.machine was £180 normally down to £130.I e-mailed littlewoods online and they replied that with the direct route I would only get 3months interest free instead of 52 weeks, that was why there was a difference in price.Surely that means that Littlewoods online are not offering the interest free credit that they advertise. To me it seems to be another rip off by the big firms who blind us with words.I think I am calling it a day with this firm.best regards susan.

Its always been like this. It used to a be a bit easier because it was Littlewoods and LX Direct but then LX Direct changed to Littlewoods Direct. As a general rule Littlewoods Direct are almost always cheaper than Littlewoods but then you do have to pay postage with Direct so it might not always be the case.
Its just like Dixons and Currys/PC World they are all owned by the same company but charge different prices from the same items. You just have to shop around like you do with anything.0 -
