NR. voting facility failure?

Hi
Did anyone else have trouble using the online voting facility for Northern Rock? The deadline was quoted as being 10am on Sunday. Circumstances were such that our voting was left to the last minute. I typed in my investor number at exactly 9.50am on Sun , only to get a page which said I was too late, closing had stopped at 10 am. I rang 123 to check my computer clock with it, and it was spot on. Hence I coulndt vote.
