Try Bests - very fair!!! Know a few not to go with but not on air. But I'd also pick a few to start for free estimates. You can go for more than one agent and basically agree a 'no sale no fee' deal for a certain period of time ....0

Be careful with the "No Sale, No Fee" agents. Some of them have small print stating that you will be liable for some of their costs, such as brochures, signs, advertising etc. :eek:
As a brief aside, should estate agents not be listed on the other thread for "Rip offs in NI"?? Half of them won't even show your property, and you end up showing the prospective purchasers around yourself!! :mad:
