What is your inbox limit?
A few people i've tried to mail attachments to are coming back as there's no room in their inbox. My mum still has 2mb but mine's been upgraded to 250mb without me signing up for anything.
Am i just lucky or are they slowly upgrading everybody?

Currently free accounts get 2MB inbox and 1MB attachments, and are planned to be upgraded before the end of the year to 250MB and 10MB attachments.
Paying customers get 2GB inbox and 20MB attachments.
It could be that you are emailing someone who still has the 1MB attachment limit or a pretty full 2MB inbox.
There is no phone support for hotmail, only online which is very poor auto response emails - support.msn.com and https://www.msn.co.uk/msnhelp. If you pay you get phone billing and online tech at the same sites although you get the extra benefit of online chat as well as email for tech.Sense is not common.0 -
From what I have heard, hotmail and MSN e-mail accounts are to be upgraded in name order - although don't hold me to it!
I'm still on 2MB - grrrrrrrrrrrrr! :-/0
