Recommendation for multi centre travel company?

Hi all
i'm starting to have a look round for ideas for our "big" holiday for this year. We fancy something a bit different and so thought we would probably go for a multi centre hol, and try to go to places we haven't been.
The 3 ideas we have are:
Cuba : week at the beach then a week "tour"
Dubai & sri lanka ( a week at each) ( wildly differing quotes depending on hotels/ dates etc, but seems nr our price!!)
USA: - fancy one we saw on virgin which was las vegas/ cancun/ New York ( quoted 1350 pp)
All the above would be for 2 weeks.
The main websites I have been able to find where I can search for anything like this are kuoni and virgin. I found various options for the first 2 on kuoni and the USA one on virgin. its all coming out a bit above our price range at the moment, and wondered if anyone knew of any other sites that I could look at? I would rather look on the ointernet and find something then call up to book reather than go into a travel agent. I just feel pressured to book somthing there and then and also I just like looking for hols so prefer to spend many a happy hr in the internet!
We ideally want to spend about £1,150 pp for 2 adults, going around 10/10, though this is flexible. Open to other places too but particularly fancy places mentioned above . Would like a package deal so can book now but pay off monthly , rather than buying flights up front now. Wondered if anyone can point me in direction of good sites to try, or any other suggestions/ comments on the places we are looking at?
Cheers:D
( ps sorry post is a bit long!!)

You should be able to get something for all three of those destinations through Kuoni for £1,150 each.
Also, you can go through Quidco for cashback! xGone ... or have I?0 -

Before you jump in and actually book with Kuoni, get a quote from them (they'll give you a quote number) then pop into a Co-op Travel office and ask them to price up exactly the same holiday with Kuoni.
We did this for a 3 week trip to Bali, the girl at Co-op Travel rang Kuoni who asked her the customer's name, gave her EXACTLY the same flight timings, EXACTLY the same quote number and EXACTLY the same price as they'd given us a few hours earlier.
We then asked the manager at the Co-op if they could do us a better deal and they knocked £75 off the Kuoni price (4%).
I know it's not a fortune but at least it was better in our pocket than Kuoni's, and it went a long way towards paying for car parking at Heathrow.
They did offer us free insurance but we have annual insurance so that was no use to us.
