Hi everybody :hello: :hello:
Work got in the way of MSE yesterday   - so didn't post, but spent 23p yesterday on 'Hot Chocolate' from the vending machine (had forgotten to take my teabags in to work  ).
Not working today (so far) so should be a NSD.

If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

i've had backdated expenses paid (amongst other extra incomings) so i (guess you could say) stupidly treated myself and spent £45 this morning

that said the other £105 is going £20 in my car and the rest off my credit card (which i've already managed to pay a G off since nov)
i know its naughty but i've been doing so well and couldnt help treat myself this once...it wont be happening again though, not for a LONG time - scouts promise0 -
