    The bank charges claim is a seperate situation for the bank, check you terms for any costs incurred eg refuse DD, overdraft payment as you need to know how much it might cost.

    I can't remember how long it took for tax credits to sort out but at least you've started the process :-)

    I would seriously recommend you call the loan company today to sort out, I know it feels awful but you'll feel better than just leaving it as it won't get any better.

    Yes I could sell stuff on ebay. If it was the right time of year I would do carboot too - but there arent any around here. My child allowance goes straight into my bank so I feel that I never actually benefit or see this. That went in at the being of the month.
