dr watson debugger

I have had this problem for a couple of weeks. Everytime I try to access my computer or my folders the computer stops working and i get a dr watson debugger message. i can access emails and the internet but not anything else and all my work is in there. Can anyone help. I think I have a trojan horse and i have updated my virus protection

an alert came up that this was trying to gain access to my computer, so i denied it.
although i was a bit dubious because it was dr. watson who is supposed to help.
anyway, i wasnt sure so i denied access.
i think it was something like an update, but it came up with red exclamation mark, so i decided to stay on the safe side.Nice to save.0
