Unusual Mail format

I receive mail from a couple of friends and it comes in a strange format/layout.
I have copied below part of the body of the email I have received. Any help will be appreciated. I use Google mail online. Is there a programme which will display it correctly?

one of those spam type emails that somebody thinks will being down the emails systems by everyone sending it to everybody else. It is garbage as a seat belt will not prevent an accident, but it may prevent injury - so no need to even send this rubbish on ... :rolleyes:
as for the format - well may be from a spambot it is sippose to be html but you are seeing it as text - return it to your friends - like all junk mail.Rich people save then spend.
Poor people spend then save what's left.0
