abusive ebay buyer - what to do !!

right in short, i sold an item on 03-01, the buyer has not paid yet!!
i have been away from thursday till tonight, in this time i have had three emails from her wanting to know the whereabouts of her items, in the first email it was polite, the second she accused me of ignoring her, and she said she dont know what my problem is.
i emailed her back and politely explained why i had not answered her emails ( as i was not in the country), and that i had stil not got her payment.
she emailed me back and her exact words were u r nuts, keep the f******g money, you f******g rip off - ur bad nes well f***K you!! , i am reporting you to ebay, now i know why you dont do paypal.
as you can see i was a little taken aback by this!!
i dont do paypal by personal choice, i dont want to!! and until it is cmpulsory i wont do it, i do state this on my listings , so people do know before hand
IF, which is not very often i get a payment i can not tally up ( usually because people have not put any details in with it, ) i keep a record, and the only one i have that dont tally up, is half the price of the item she bought!!
now do i just ignore her and put it down to bad experience or do i report her??.... and if i do report her how do i do it??
mant thanks for listening to me.... i feel better now

Iam sorry, you cannot /should not take this from anyone, let alone some **** who is buying items off you.
You MUST report such actions to ebay. Who do these people think they are?I had one and I lost it..0 -
Are you 100% the spare payment isn't from her? Open an unpaid item dispute. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
no it is not from here, this one came with an adress but none that i have on any auction invoice???
and the amount was not the same hers was 8.99 and the one that i have is only 4.25
i know it is not heeps of money, but thats not the point
i have opened the non paying bidders alert, i have had no reply yet!!
but i feel in doing this i am going to get more greif
thanks for all your help will keep you postedthe more people i meet!! the more i like my dog !!0 -
I'm with fay, open a dispute. I'd also go to my e-bay control panel and block her from buying from you ever again. And if it turns out that the non-tallying payment is from her, send it right back so that she won't have any excuse to bother you in the future. Don't worry about it, I'm sure we've all had (bad) experiences of nutty buyers on e-bay before!0

sending it back seems the best thing to do, if i ever get it, i have now blocked her so thanks for that.
if i hear from her again, which i am sure i will, i amgoing to ask her to confirm the adress sent, to see if this is hers i have here, thanks again for all thisthe more people i meet!! the more i like my dog !!0 -
I might be missing something here, was it a Postal Order or cheque she sent?
as the name is on a cheque and I believe PO have serial numbers on them so you could ask her the SN on the counterfoil she has.
Her language is completely unacceptable in my opinion, and I would not deal with her again.0 -
what was her feedback like? You might not be the first person she has behaved like this towards2011: £10 Sports Direct Voucher, Peppa Pig Wii Game, Trivial Pursuit Card Game, £100 Chat magazine win, Dance workout dvd, Grease wii game,0

If you report her for the abusive language all you will get from E Bay is a promise to investigate but they wont let you know the outcome because of 'privacy considerations' ! My girlfriend recently had an abusive message with worse language than you have mentioned, she reported him but has heard nothing and the member is still trading.WHOOOOSHHHHHHHHH……..
Blimey what was that ?
That was your life mate
Oh I wasn’t quite ready can I have another go ?
Sorry mate only one per person.0 -
I wonder if she sent cash and has realised that she has no way of proving it ever reached you?
That in no way excuses her language and I'm not suggesting that you would keep the money and try to decieve her but maybe that's what she thinks? It aint over til I've done singing....0 -
I'd like to add her to my BBL!
That message was totally out of order!:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0
