Paperwork has now arrived in the post, and I see they only pay up the £25 if the value of holdings re-registered is at least £5,000

Until 18th July Fidelity is offering £25 if you re-register with their Funds Network an investment / investments currently held with another company. NB this does not involve selling and re-buying anything, and can include investments inside or outside an ISA.
The message about the incentive comes up when I log in to my existing Fidelity account: "Make your move before 18 July and we'll also give you £25*" -- so I don't know whether it's being offered to new users as well or not.
