I have queried why my download speed is slow in the evenings. Oncw we got through the eveyone is on line so it slows down bit, they told me I had been capped because I have exceeded my download limit.
MY useage hasnt changed apart from my son playing WoW. Would this class as unfair usage. AOL claim that for the last 3 months I have used between 11-15 GB per month.
They tried telling me to turn off my automatic updates. The only thing that updares automatically is Windows XP.
Is there any software that can track what i'm downloading. Apart from telling me how much.

netmeter is a well known net useage program.
AOL have also been known to be throttling connections at peak times, in the last 6 months or so.

Cheers Guys. I still can't work out why its changed over the last 3 months (providing it has and AOL arent blagging me) my useage is still the same. 15 GB is shed loads of music and films etc. Which is something I just dont do.
