  • Somebody mentioned a company called Yellow Apricot. Ive been on their website and it looks as though you can sell your property by uploading your own photos and sending back all the forms which you print off the site. It looks as though their auction happens online and they say it happens as if you were in the auction room itself and that they are the only auctioneers in the UK to sell properties real-time. They have lots of information on their site and they charge 1% commission.

Has anybody sold their property or used them? To me, they look quite good but I need to find out if other people agree with me. When I phoned them today the chap that picked up the phone made it look so simple to sell your property. Their website is www.yellowapricot.com.

They have a section on rent back schemes which says that you could be out of pocket by using them. Could somebody read this and explain to me whether you agree with this?

They have a useful section if you go to their secttion on repossessions. They say they are offering free advice to people getting repossessed. Has anybody asked them for help?

In North West Region two auction places are: Edward Mellor and Pugh and Co.

What area is it in? Maybe speak to an EA and ask if they have any buyers for a slightly reduced house.
If at first u dont succeed .......then sky diving is not for you!
