Thanks everybody for some great replies.

Terri, your £30 a week spend is inspirational! We spend about £25 a week on drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) alone. 2 -3 bottles of wine for £5 ea, plus 3 to 4 liters of Innocent smoothies (£3+ if not on offer). These smoothies are the only way I can get the family to consume fruit apart from apples...

Hi,we make our own smoothies, they work out a lot cheaper.I have started making kefir to put in the smoothies and everyone thinks they are great.
If you buy the "pregnancy and birth "magazine(£2.70?) there is £12.00 worth of vouchers that you can use off your shopping at Tesco and Asda and you dont have to buy the product.
Some of the vouchers are for huggies baby wipes £1.25 off each pack,in tesco they are on bogof,so if you hand in two vouchers you are getting them free.
  • cheers for that frosty! i havent bought any mother and baby magazies yet - my mother thinks i'm strange! i just read online and give myself nightmares looking at pics and videos! lol think i will stretch the pockets though and get that mag!
