 I want to withdraw money from ATM abroad, mostly in Europe, But my currant credit card charges a lot. Any information on cards that don’t charge. Credit or Debit cards will do. I’m worried about the small print! Know what I mean?

All credit cards charge if you withdraw cash whether in the UK or abroad. They typically charge 2-3% as a fee plus they charge a high rate of interest from the day of the witdrawal (no interest free period at all).
Many also charge a foreign exchange fee.. a further 2-3% except nationwide and post office.
Typically debit cards don't charge for cash withdrawals as such but most will charge the foreign handling fee .. Nationwide doesn't.0 -
