Transco Shares

Hi everybody peeps,
I have a few (38) Transco shares.
The shareholders are being advised of the their options, which needs a response.
The general proposal is a proposed return of cash to shareholders of 65p per existing ordinary share by way of one B share for each existing share and 43 shares for 49 Share captipal consolidation.
Given the few shares which we hold what would be the best way forward?
The middle market price on 3 june 546p / Existing ordinary share.
three options are:
Single B share div
Initial repurchase
Future repurchase
I'm inclined to to sell and buy Premium bonds??

Hi Steve. have you had documentation from Transco?
We have a few shares too and I read about the options in the Sunday press.
We haven't had any documents . When did you get yours. When is the deadline for all of this?
