Has anybody joing this site?? www.tripadvisorpanel.com
I joined up a year ago and they started sending me regular surveys etc to get feedback. However, even though there was a promise of 'rewards', I didn't get anything. I have tried to email them and they don't respond. I really don't mind doing the surveys but if they say there's a rewards programme, they should reward us!!!
The only thing I can assume is maybe the rewards programme is for US users only??

TA often have freebies such as luggage labels and backpacks, but it states that they are for US residents only unfortunately.0

I joined just before christmas but have not had an email from them yet, however they do not say anythign about the rewards being US only and they clearly take panellist from around the world0

It's just market research and data collection to drive advertising carried out for Tripadvisor by a company called Questus, US-based and biased.
You could send them feedback that the foreign travel sector research is going to be flawed if they only offer incentives to Americans
