Proof of Purchase is required: the competition code ‘Sandy beach’ is required to validate entry to the competition

I think they are both right. The answer to the question is C) The Heel, and the code as proof of purchase to enter is Sandy beach. A tie-breaker is required as well, in not more than 20 words, complete the sentence: "Filippo Berio is quintessentially Italian because .....". Closing date 30 April.
