Hi all . Well we have an epson multi-function printer that is just over a year old now. Well 6 months after purchasing the item it started playing up and paper keeps jamming tho it should not be .We have moved since then so have no receipt as that got lost in move and have now e-mailed epson twice to ask for advice on why our printer keeps jamming(sometimes it will work and other times it wont whether trying to print normal stuff or photos) and we still have not received any response at all . I would say avoid epson products as thier costumer service is absolutely appalling:mad:

I'm in agreement here, I won't buy epson again. They need to be used regularly(weekly) or the print head jams up with dried ink. I've got a perfectly good printer which won't print properly despite using correct ink and cleaners etc. Got a canon which works even when not been used for weeks.
