Cat jumped on laptop. Help.

My enormous cat decided to take a flying leap onto my laptop. Consequently, the keyboard is now showing (on the main bit)

I am typing this on my main PC which is in a freezing cold room instead of sitting by the fire with my laptop.
I am not at all techie minded
I have an Advent Laptop bought June 2007.

everyone starts off as a numlock virgin, but once you know..
it is a common way of locking accounts out with the wrong password out on business laptops.

So....why has the bar at the top of the page disappeared unless I move the cursor over that area? The bit where the web address is. (I know there is a proper name for it but it escapes me)0

Address bar - are you using IE 6 or 7 - any way drag it back to where you want it or look for a line of vertical dots to drag to expandRich people save then spend.
