i need a 67 mustang for £300, it aint going to happen.

i havent seen any real laptops go for that price except second hand on ebay, none would have a spec upto running vista.

why you want vista in the first place is beyond me, its horrible, the only reason i run it is after 5 hours editing driver files etc to try and get xp installed on my tosh i started getting stop errors.

i have a 2ghz core2duo and still get 30% cpu spikes with nothing running, i can get it down to 14% turning services off but !!!!!! its a total dog

you don't want vista on a laptop of that price - you don't really want it fullstop but definately not on an underpowered piece of kit that you'll get for that price.

Give us a link. More people may want to take advantage of such a high spec lappy at £299.

I can only find HP laptops with Celeron, 1GB Ram and 80GB HDD for that money.
