Adding name to deeds

I currently share a house with my girlfriend and her mother. Her mother is cosidering putting both of our names on the house deeds, so the house would be transfered over to us when she dies. Would there be any tax issues if we were to do this - cgt or iht. The house is worth £100,000.
Thanks in advance.

IHT - unless she has considerable other assets, no, not for that value of house
CGT - no, you are living in the house and part owners.0 -
Thanks for your help. I think we are going to get our names added to the deeds, and my mother in law is going to make a will leaving us her third of the house. We will then look into getting a loan or a mortgage so she can have the 15,000 that she wants for the house. I believe this way we will avoid any tax and everyone is happy.
Thanks again
