and to imporve your car handling skills - look up your local Autotest club - typically you can enter anything, and entry fees are £5 to £10 and are held in places with large carparks - the local clubs here in the NW tend to organise them in motorway service stations.
The basic aim of Autotest is to get your car round a layout of cones in the fastest time. tho you only use 1st or reverse.
