You could try to use Irfanview for this, it's quite easy there's even a youtube video to show you how to do it

Are you on about an avatar for this site? If so in Photoshop resize your image so it is no more than 80 pixels wide or high then save it on your computer. Then click on User CP near the top of this website and then edit avatar on the left. Then browse to the file on your PC and there you go.It's my problem, it's my problem
