More 0% BT cards than needed!

Coming to the end of a particular BT 0% offer period, in readiness for the next shuffle, I applied for several cards. Accepted on them all, I now have more 0% BT cards with more credit limit than I need (after doing the shuffle)
I recall Martin saying in the past use them, although I'm not sure for what. I'm concerned that when I need to do a shuffle again early 2009 I won't be accepted because I have a) too many cards in my name, b) too much credit limited attached to my profile. Would I be better off cancelling these cards and closing the respective accounts.
Your advice appreciated.....

Probably too late but you should try to get an Egg Money card which allows positve balances which you can then transfer to a high interest savings account. It also pays interest on positive balances and free cash withdrawels (again on positive balances) from atm's.0

If you can't use Egg Money , phone up and ask the issuers for 'balance transfer cheques' (which should only carry the same fee as the original promotional BT offer) Many will send them out unsolicited anyway - eg my NatWest card issued cheques with the same 0%/2.5% fee as the BT I actually did (to Egg Money).....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0

Thanks for your thoughts. In other words, so long as I'm efficiently on top of the promotion end dates, stoozing pays....0
