Watch DVDs on Vista

Slight problem, as am new to Vista, I want to watch a DVD, but its not on disk as Ive shrunk it and put it on a hard-drive using DVD shrink. I cant find a program that can play it from the folder as a DVD. The only thing I can find is 'Windows Media Center' and that wants the actual DVD, im probably being really silly and missed something right in front of my eyes, but I dont have a clue!

please help...

    Hi
How have you saved that DVD on your hard drive?
    Is it a folder named 'video_ts' ?

OK, well VLC media player will do it. Just use File > Open Directory
So if you have no luck with the player that you're downloading now you can get VLC from here:-http://www.videolan.org/
