If you book far enough in advance, 2 singles are often much cheaper than one return, when I was at uni I was doing a lot of travelling from Essex to Bangor and an open return (with a YP railcard) was £55, whereas 2 singles were about £12 each working out to £24, less than half price. It also depends on when you want to travel, if you know the date and rough time you want to travel both ways it's often cheaper to get 'closed' tickets where you have to travel on the train booked on you ticket than 'open' tickets where you can travel on any train. And Mondays, Fridays and the weekend are often much more expensive so I tended to travel on a Tuesday and a Thursday. HTH

Just wondering. I bought a squash racket from a website through Pigsback. Never done this before so wondering how and when the points get added - do I have to put the ref number anywhere?

To late now, but the most important thing when buying anything through a money back site is to clear cookies and I also turn off Firewall/Add blocking software.

Some of the sites have a section to click to test that your clickthrough will be recorded.

Tools- Internet Options- General- Delete Cookies (or you can just delete your full browsing history but that means when you type a web address into the bar to a site you've been to before, it won't recognise it and you'll have to type the whole thing in)

    I use CCleaner.

    http://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner-20

Although I run an older version and not tried version2.

If you are using IE you can export your cookies from the File menu / import and export option and then when you have finished with cashback sites import them back through the same menu option.
