Received £10 Boots vouchers ordered 11th December and Honda survey (200 points) have been added.

i have had similar problems with pigsback.

purchase of £100 through apple store in the beginning of november
purchase of approx £40 through amazon in the beginning of december.

got an email from rachel this morning saying amazon and apple store didn't have my details on file.

logged on to pigsback to find they had credited my amazon points anyway, which was baffling, as i didn't exist on their file.

no joy with the apple store purchase though. i replied to rachel who insists that as i am not on their file i won't get any points.

i am loathed to shop through them again and will stop using pigsback once i have cashed in my latest points.

they are too inconsistent with their replies and do seem to fob you off.

I got tired of chasing Pigsback for points when I ordered through Boots etc., and never getting anywhere. I shop through Quidco these days and get cashback without any problem whatsoever.

I got my boots voucher today that I ordered at the beginning of December too, I also got 200 Honda points, 50 click to quit points, 35 Habbo points and 20 wedigtv points!

I got 100 points for my birthday at the end of December.

Today I got my two Boots vouchers that were ordered beginning of December, better late than never I suppose.

i am still chasing birthday points and they keep on emailing me that ther is a problem with the birthday points. and spend points for CD WOW and guess what i wasnt on their file HA HA HA NOT getting fed up with them

Have had the same problem with Apple Points. Spent £700 on a computer from Apple through pigsback site and say they have no details on file and won't give me the points
