  • I actually called Empathy marketing a couple of weeks ago as I'd been waiting ages and ages for some Office points to be added and the guy I spoke to was v polite but tried to give me a number in Ireland, so I said that I wasn't going to be making an overseas phone call (they're expensive lol) so he emailed PB and they added the 'missing' points manually that day or the next day... I think that they're doing it on purpose as I pester them!

Also one of the phone numbers put me through to a lady who didn't speak very good English and was nothing to do with Empathy marketing lol
:D**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

Wow nice surprise today, logged in to find nearly 3000 extra points had been credited, I must have clicked through them to order my tv from Amazon early November. The amount doesnt seem to tie exactly in with 2 points for £1 though, does anyone know if they pay on total excl VAT as my points would be nearly right then?
