I got my Lovefilm points without having to chase them and I joined the same time as you and got my points 8 weeks later.

i had to chase, sent email advising i had done free offer and been charged 1 month and have now cancelled and pigsback accepted this and issued points next day.mousie2007 wrote: »I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me.
