windows mail problem

in Techie Stuff
Hi all i am running vista and windows mail and windows mail wont send/receive my e-mails from my provider just keep get error number 0x800CCCOF
i had no probs with my old laptop on xp and outlook:confused:

    yes i think so i have tryed doing it 4/5 times to see if i had made a mistake
