any free online equivalent of weight watchers

does anyone know any similar sites to weight watchers with online diary and calorie counter etc?
there was one in a previous thread but it was american.

any ideas?

I have been using tesco tracker also works on a points system too been ok up to now has made me think about my intake of fibre fat sugar and salt it tallies them all up for you

i was using pure points on weight watchers but i cant find basic things like poached eggs and how many points they would be so i wanted somthing the same with the points

Spark people maybe based in America but there are a lot of UK users and a forum dedicated to chatting to other people from the UK.

I've noted in the referenced thread that I think the offer of a free pedometer may have changed to being able to download "12 great workout tracks". Doesn't change the relevance of this site to its help relating to this thread though.
