Secure Sight-Orange?

I want to buy a phone from the Orange website:

When I go to the checkout I get a message saying the servers cert is incomplete and the signers are not registered. Then when I go to the payment page to enter my card details there is no padlock!
Surely a reputable firm like Orange should have better security than this.
I haven't ordered.
Am I right?
