Dialaround access nos

Apologies if this has been covered already, but I was just looking at Dialaround's website, and it appears that the numbers to dial for cheap access to 0870/0845 has changed slightly.

At present, I have my Orchid dialler set for 0844 566 7575 for 0870 nos. It would now appear that the correct no is 0844 566 7676.

For 0845, set for 0844 whereas the new no is 0844 462 5050 whereas my dialler is set for 0844 462 4848.

I only used the old numbers on Friday and they appeared to work OK. Does anyone know what is going on?

Not sure. They cost the same amount so can't understand. The Orchid dialler already has the new access number for 0870's (0844 566 7676) but it hasn't got the new access number for 0845's (0844 462 5050). Suggest you e-mail them and ask them to add the new access number of 0844 462 5050 for calling 0845's via Dialaround.

they probably have greater capacity by using two numbers, so advertise the new one to new customers - only a guess mind
