cccs not much help , told me to speak to payplan.! Looking on internet tonight to see if we can get any help with bankruptcy fees. think for myself decided if payplan get the creditiors to accept the lower payments £73 for £22,000 worth of debt , that I might hold off bankruptcy until later in the year or until I really have no alternative, providing that I can cut my working hours back to 50 from 65 and try to budget fro a small holiday about £180 fro a week. Husband getting forms on wednesday from court. being a coward really watching him go bankrupt to see how it goes I suppose. also my hp agreement will be that bit more older and more negative equity might help me keep the car especially as the value is less as its been used as a cab.
also hopefully getting my £1,600 whiplash in next few months, did not take time off after the accident as could not afford it, despite pain. so hoping to take time off when I get the money.
Or would possibly buy cheap cab if hp company not let me keep car.
Of course might change mind.
Do the CAB help with bankruptcy form filling?? Any ideas where we might be able to apply for help with bankruptcy fees?thanks again all of you
