This started way back in October 2006 I moved my supply by doing an online comparison and changed to Atlantic all went smoothly until I noticed BG were still taking payments in the Jan of 2007 also they had over charged me on my meter readings I didnt realise till I got a bill.
Well it all got sorted it took them 4 months of phone call after phone call to finally pay up and give me back the overpayment.

It was then I started getting bills addressed to the occupier so I phoned them straight away and told them and was told its ok just ignore them it takes weeks for info to go through so I did until I got one saying legal action was was imminent. I phoned and was told yet again ignore them I will clear this one to say you dont owe anything and if you get anymore ignore it will be just because the house details are not in the system yet. Lo and behold next quarter I get another I ignore until I get another court action warning so yet again I phone and yet again am told to ignore them and they cannot be stopped. this has been happening every time well this time I did ignore even ignored the court action is imminent one. Then today I get another saying they have the right to enter my house with force to turn off supply, to say I am fuming is an understatement. So I phone yet again and am put though to someone who tells me she will put a hold on the ammount owing and will close the account (what account!!!!) and it will take at least 12 weeks to go through and yes you have guessed ignore any bills.
Do I have faith NO!
So what can I do I am not a customer of theirs and through no fault of my own I am forced to phone using my phone bill being put in queues can I claim against them.
I was almost in tears on the phone today (something I do when I am angry :D ) Its not nice seeing a letter saying that if you are not in they will break into your house and change your locks and then charge you for the pleasure
