moving documents

hi there dnt know if you cn do this but i have e-mailed my cv off a different computer to my e-mail addy on here is there a way i cn move it to my documents or to somewhere i can make changes to it thanks to anyone who can help

    You need to open it (the email attachment - your CV), then save it to your computer.

    Also what program was the CV made with?
  • it was saved on to a floppy disk but i dnt have a drive so i put it onto relatives computer then e-mailed it to my computer i have already tried saving it but when i right click on it it dosnt give me the option to save it to comp do i sound really thick haha

    Have you opened it and then saved it? Can you even open it?

    What program did yuo make the file with originally? Have you got that program on your computer now?
  • am not sure it was on a course i took a while ago. i havnt got any thing like microsoft word on my comp. wen i go into it now in my documents its still coming up as an e-mail. dont woory if you cant help me thanks for trying

    If you can open the email can't you just select all, copy and paste it into Wordpad or Notepad, which come with Windows (don't they?), and use them to edit it?
