On my kitchen and bathroom (pvc) windowsills I have a few cigarette burns c/o my darling OH.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to cover them? Obviously the plastics melted now so its not going to come off but is there anything I can put on it so its all white again?
Thanks.

you could try rubbing it withe some emery paper, start of with something medium-coarse and when your through the stain use a fine grade to give it a smooth finish. you can alsways get the sills replaced, you can do this without taking the window out etc.0

i used to fit wndows and removing the sill in somecases would mean removing the window. The best cheapest fix would be to buy what is called liquid PVC it is a plastic based silicone that dries white, shiny, and hard not like bathroom sealant etc, it comes in a toothpaste tube and is used by all the roofer trade to join fascia corners as it is mould resistant.0

I use a kit called micromesh its got various grades of emery cloth and a small bottle of liquid plastic to finish the job off .
I wouldnt bother trying to replace the cills unless you want to remove the window unless the cills you are refering to are the internal window boards?0
