    Only a cheapy £150 quid just for the dining room, but just over a year and I doubt it has had more than 50 hours of play.
    Depending on what they say today I'm going to take this one all the way, just because I fancy a fight .
  • with the tv i'd exert some pressure on the manufacturer and currys and at worst i'd expect it fixing at cost.
    £1000 isn't a 'throwaway' item
    trading standards will give you appropriate advice on the SOGA but i know the year guarantee has no basis in law when applied to the act
