how do i put my webcam on the internet?

i found a site called myowncam and you download the software and then you link if put on there site for free well i have downloaded the software and it all works fine apart from when i click go online it says this,
streaming engine has found a problem. server could not connect your computer. streaming may not work.reason: connection is forcefully rejected. please check if you are behinf a network or firewall.
right any one got any ideas what i can do to sort this?0 -
