There's no point in going off on irrelevant tangents - the OP's comments were wrong, and gtsss pointed out why. End of story, surely?
Incidentally, I didn't understand what your this is money quote actually meant - did you need to quote a bit more to put it into context? What "sneaky move" were the banks apparently making?0 -

The bit of the story about Sneaky moves was irrelevant to this thread and had I quoted the whole thing it would have given you more ammunition to use against us less 'savvy' posters making less than useful comments!
