Oyster card query

I have a pay as you go Oyster Card. I ordered it at the start of December with £15 credit on it. I used it across 2 days and got charged £5.20 each day so my balance was at £4.60.

I am going up to London tomorrow, so on Wednesday I added £10 to the card which will be added when I 'touch in' at my designated tube station. I have just gone to the TFL website to look at my Oyster Card details and it is saying "You don't currently have any Oyster cards linked to this account."

Does anyone know why it would say this? Is it because I have a £10 top up pending?

    This basicly meens you dont have any season tickets 'loaded' onto the card. You have a PAYG card.
