Low fat sweet/savoury snacks

I'm looking for some low fat sweet or savoury recipes that will keep. I have an odd life where I spend most of my time at my boyfriends parents and I feel bad about eating their food, so I keep some food in his room for me. Have decided to go on a diet (something I've been meaning to do for ages!) and now need some low fat ideas that will keep for a weekend or a week. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

If you check our Old Style Recipe Collection there's a section on snacks and nibbles that might help you out. Just don't read the tempting ones

In addition to made things, you might find it handy to keep some seeds (Holland and Barrett seem to have half price or better offers on most of them every couple of weeks) - I tend to have sunflower and punpkin seeds but my Mum also adds Sesame and I sonmetimes add linseeds.
A very small amount will fill you up a surprising amount (and you MUST drink water with the linseeds) and they're low in fat and full of goodness.Pre O/S: what's a vitamin? Does it begin with the letter e?Now: I'm not eating any of that pre-made rubbish...0
