Try your local water company. Most have schemes where they supply water butts at discounted prices to local people.

If your local water company don't do them I think Wilkinsons were about the cheapest last year - may not have them in yet tho.

Also the Refuse and Recycling Department of your local council might have some special offers as I know many of them also do cheap plastic composting bins.
