I spent 10 days worrying and checking the RM website tracking system for a signed for item, in the end getting desperate I phoned and was told the item was delivered and signed for on day 2. I'm gonna call them from now on!Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!

well you have to look at the whole journey.
all it can take is a van to break down to throw a spanner in the works.
poor weather can cause real issues for us given a lot of items are flown to edinburgh,for example
Customer has stated that the sorting office date stamp on the rear on the envelope shows 090108, so I guess it down to a Plane or Weather problems0
